Recent Work
At Proskauer Rose, I supported the Innovation team's AI tool evaluation and adoption initiative. I owned the process side of the engagement, building the intake and evaluation framework, creating business case templates, and setting up Smartsheet based tracking that gave the team real time visibility into demo progress, pilot status, and deployment across 15 plus enterprise AI applications. I coordinated demos, kept stakeholders informed, and ensured two platforms moved through full onboarding and deployment on schedule.
This work gave Proskauer's Innovation team the operational infrastructure to evaluate and adopt AI responsibly at scale.

Each one solves a problem I encountered firsthand as a PM, and each one is grounded in real source material from enterprise projects.
Every tool was built using a prompt-first methodology: design and test the prompt against real documents before building any interface. What you see below is the result of that process.

Requirements Translation Workflow
Business rules and policy documents are dense, contradictory, and full of gaps. Translating them into developer-ready user stories manually is time-consuming and error-prone.
StoryForge transforms raw business rules into structured user stories with Given/When/Then acceptance criteria — and automatically surfaces ambiguities that would otherwise come back from the development team as questions.

Backlog Diagnostic Workflow
Inherited backlogs are full of noise — outdated tickets, policy agreements written as user stories, features that conflict with the product vision, and requests from one customer with no evidence of broader demand.
BacklogMD runs a first-pass diagnostic on individual backlog items before team grooming begins. It evaluates each item against your product vision and returns a color-coded verdict with a specific recommended action.

Interview Synthesis Workflow
User interviews produce messy, inconsistent notes. Turning them into structured insights a PM can act on takes hours and is highly subjective — you can easily overweight the last interview you did or miss a pattern that was subtle but consistent.

How I Use AI in My Work
