As Product & Project Lead, I led a full-scale transformation of Andium’s client-facing digital tools, resulting in measurable increases in user engagement across both the web and iOS platforms.

At the time I joined Andium, their client-facing site was difficult to navigate and poorly received — leading to low engagement and user frustration.
We launched a complete redesign of both the website and iOS mobile app, aligned with Andium’s suite of services, including:

As Project Manager, I coordinated efforts across seven teams — mobile, web, cloud, machine learning, data, hardware, and design — aligning everyone to a unified delivery plan.
I created and managed Jira boards to visualize interdependencies, resolve blockers, and keep delivery on track. My responsibilities included:

Visual user journey map for mobile — helps align UX, dev, and testing teams by showing navigation paths and expected actions across the app.
Object Detection - Desktop
